In its seventh year, ICTC’s CyberTitan is a unique Canadian cybersecurity middle and high school program and competition. This flagship program is presented in affiliation with the (US) Air Force Association’s CyberPatriot Program to promote awareness of digital technologies and encourage students to pursue education in cybersecurity and other STEM disciplines.

CyberTitan National Finals brings together the top four teams from Western Canada, the top four teams from Eastern Canada, the top middle school team, and two all-female teams that reflect ICTC’s commitment to inclusivity in tech.

Finalists! This is your final boarding call for securing the safety of a regional airport from cyberattack in this year’s CyberTitan simulation. The airport implemented new computer technology that unifies all airport control systems, but a recent breach has sounded the alarm. The students’ mission: identify and mitigate the threats.

The scenario is brought to life by the world-class cybersecurity firm Field Effect, which will also be hosting our Ottawa-based Ontario teams in its office.

CyberTitan VII is made possible by the amazing support of the Communications Security Establishment, Quantum Algorithms Institute, KPMG and Field Effect. As well as our HUB and In-Kind sponsors at the University of Waterloo, the University of New Brunswick, the Centre of Excellence for Digital Innovation at the EECD of New Brunswick and AWS.
