Who it's for

ICTC's GO Talent program connects ICT professionals with Canadian employers before they arrive in Canada as Permanent Residents.
Global Onboarding of Talent (GO Talent) is ICTC’s virtual bilingual pre-arrival program, funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Internationally educated professionals (IEPs), looking to further their careers in information and communications technology can access a variety of services that strengthen and validate their skills, preparing them for successful integration into the Canadian digital economy.
The GO Talent program provides:
- Resume & Cover Letter Reviews
- Access to Exclusive ICT Job Board
- Labour Market Information (LMI) Sessions
- Monthly Webinars
- Job Matching with Canadian Employers
- Virtual Career Fairs & Networking Events
- ITP Designation (Validation of work experience)
- Mentorship
- Referrals to Other Support Programs

Eligibility:
- You are currently outside of Canada
- You have a background in ICT
- You, your spouse, or your parent have received one of the following:
- An IRCC invitation to obtain pre-arrival services
- A Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) letter/document
- A passport request letter that indicates Permanent Resident visa issuance
- An IRCC request that an applicant for permanent residence complete medicals
- A Single Entry Permanent Resident Visa
- A Permanent Resident Visa pick-up notification letter
