The Equitable Leadership Assessment Tool evaluates organizations' leadership structures for promoting and supporting women in leadership roles.
Based on assessment results, the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) determines your organization's equity maturity level (foundational, developing, advanced, or leading) and provides personalized recommendations and strategies to enhance gender equity in leadership positions within your organization.
The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and is best completed by individuals in mid-to-senior-level roles in Human Resources (HR), Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) specialists or executive leaders.
Two ways to take the assessment:
- Share your contact info (recommended): By providing your contact information, ICTC can provide follow-up targeted support to your organization, including the opportunity to be part of the ICTC Women Leadership Living Lab, an exclusive cohort of organizations selected to receive executive coaching and work alongside ICTC experts to test and refine leadership policies and practices that advance women in the workplace.
- Anonymous: Complete the assessment anonymously. You'll still receive your equity maturity level and personalized recommendations at the end.
Any information you choose to share will remain confidential, and will only be used to provide tailored support to your organization.
The data you provide will inform ICTC’s gender equity initiatives, including the Advancing Women's Leadership in Canada's Digital Economy Program.
