The Equitable Leadership Assessment Tool evaluates organizations' leadership structures for promoting and supporting women in leadership roles.
Based on assessment results, the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) determines your organization's maturity level (foundational, developing, advanced, or leading) and provides personalized recommendations and strategies to enhance gender equity in leadership positions within your organization.
The assessment takes approximately 20 minutes and is best completed by individuals in mid-to-senior-level roles in Human Resources (HR), Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) specialists or executive leaders.
The data you provide will inform ICTC’s gender equity initiatives, including the Advancing Women's Leadership in Canada's Digital Economy Program.
