Beyond the Cloud

In the rapidly evolving Canadian digital economy, a critical challenge has emerged: a shortage of skilled professionals in key digital infrastructure roles. These roles, such as cloud engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and more, are the backbone of innovation, driving the development of today's digital tools and services.

As the demand for these essential roles continues to grow, the gap widens between the supply of skilled professionals and the expanding needs of the digital economy. This gap poses risks to the adoption of digital technologies and innovation in Canada.

In response to this challenge, ICTC has developed the "Beyond the Cloud" program. This groundbreaking initiative addresses the shortage of skilled individuals by providing industry-relevant, unique, and personalized upskill training for in-demand digital infrastructure roles to 500 selected individuals across Canada. These roles include:

  1. Cloud Engineers
