Connecting employers with ICT professionals who are newcomers to Canada.

ICTC’s Work Ready is a new initiative that continues support for clients after they arrive in Canada, by connecting Canadian employers with internationally educated and trained Information & Communications Technology (ICT) professionals who are newcomers to Canada and have been living here for five years or less.

In response to the challenges Canadian organizations face with filling ICT roles, Work Ready connects employers with thousands of internationally educated professionals who have ICT skills and are already living in Canada as Permanent Residents.
 

Benefits to employers:

• Less time spent screening pre-qualified applicants.
• Employers can submit job postings and gain full access to our talent pool.
• Conduct virtual interviews, access to two job boards, employer spotlights, and access to our ICTC’s Global Onboarding of Talent, the Immigration Initiatives’ online career community, where global ICT professionals connect with the Canadian digital economy and a LinkedIn group.
• Access to talent recruitment strategies and human resource planning.
